Great Street Co., developer for this project is proposing 61 one bedroom units ranging from 707 square feet to 1 344 square feet; 103 two bedrooms units; 59 three bedrooms unit sizes as well as amenities such as a clubhouse/leasing center pool great lawn community garden recreation village/retention area all centrally located within neighborhood for visibility convenience and encourage walking biking or other modes of transportation from all homes.
