Nonprofit organization Part of the Solution (POTS) has signed an 11,000 square feet lease for their new office at 2450 Grand Concourse in Bronx. The location provides increased programming space, conference rooms and administrative offices which POTS moved into in June 2023.
The additional office allows POTS to expand services offered at their primary location on Webster Ave where they provide dignity and wellness programs, food security, legal clinics and more. In 2022 alone they served over 37,300 people with 3 million meals provided as well as contributing $36 million in economic value.
Stephen Powers, Lindsay Ornstein Alexander Smith and Casey Noel of OPEN Impact Real Estate represented POTS while Joseph A Jemal & Alan J Jemal from Jem Realty represented the building ownership during the transaction process. This new Bronx Office is set to enable further growth for Part Of The Solution’s mission to fight poverty & hunger across New York City communities!
