GREA, a full-service real estate advisory firm specializing in multifamily acquisitions and dispositions, recently managed the successful sale of Douglasville Proper for $6.45 million. The garden-style LIHTC multifamily asset was built in 1995 and features 100 units with one-, two-, and three-bedroom floorplans.

GREA represented sellers Signature Management in the transaction which was completed by Cory Caroline Sams and Taylor Brown of GREA on behalf of S & S Capital Partners who plan to preserve the affordability of this property to serve the Douglasville community.
