“West Loop Industrial Becomes a Luxury Hotel with Summit Design + Build”

West loop Summit Design + Build, a general contractor, has completed the gut demolition and renovation of an industrial building into a five-story extended-stay boutique hotel. Located on Randolph Street in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood directly across from Union Park, this project features 49 apartment-style rooms with kitchens and in-suite laundry. Additionally, guests can take advantage of the fitness center located within the building as well as retail and restaurant space on its ground floor. Marquette Companies acted as a developer while Brininstool + Lynch served as the architect for this project.
