The delivery of a dual-branded AC and Moxy tower in Uptown Dallas adds new flagged room supply to a dense infill submarket, underscoring sustained investor interest in experiential urban hospitality product despite limited disclosure on project economics.

A new dual-branded hotel has opened in Uptown Dallas, bringing two Marriott International flags together in a single 19-story tower. Peachtree Group, development partner Phoenix Development and Marriott International have announced the launch of AC Hotel Dallas Uptown and Moxy Dallas Uptown at 2910 N. Hall Street. The hotel began operating on October 7, with formal grand opening festivities scheduled for November 4 of this year.

The project delivers 264 guestrooms to the Uptown Dallas lodging market, split between 110 rooms under the AC Hotel brand and 154 rooms under the Moxy flag. By pairing the two concepts in one vertical development, the property is positioned to serve a range of business and leisure travelers seeking different styles of hospitality and price points while sharing common building infrastructure and amenities.

The hotel incorporates shared spaces and programming intended to support both overnight guests and local visitors. A central feature of the project is High Point, a signature indoor-outdoor rooftop bar that overlooks the Dallas skyline. The bar is designed as a social and entertainment hub for the property, drawing on its elevated vantage point to offer skyline views as part of the guest experience.

Food-and-beverage offerings at the hotel are anchored by the eighth-floor indoor-outdoor rooftop restaurant and bar. This venue features panoramic views of the city, a 230-inch LED video wall and a menu of food and cocktails. The combination of outlook, large-format digital display and open-air space is intended to support both everyday traffic and programmed events.

In addition to its rooftop components, the dual-branded property includes dining venues, flexible meeting and event spaces and shared amenities curated for both business and leisure users. These spaces are designed to support corporate gatherings, social events and informal collaboration, complementing the guestroom inventory and expanding the property’s potential demand drivers.

Merriman Anderson Architects served as the project’s design architect, shaping the overall look, layout and guest flow for the combined AC Hotel and Moxy brands within a single high-rise envelope. Moss Construction was responsible for building the 19-story structure and delivering the hotel to completion.

With its Uptown Dallas address, the AC Hotel Dallas Uptown and Moxy Dallas Uptown add a fresh hospitality option in a walkable, amenity-rich neighborhood close to downtown and other key demand generators. The opening marks the latest addition to Marriott International’s portfolio in the Dallas area and expands the presence of both the AC and Moxy brands in an urban infill setting.
