Superhuman, the AI productivity company that now operates under the name of the email app it acquired, has opened a new hub in Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood. The company has relocated from an Industrious coworking location at Roosevelt Commons in the University District to a dedicated Class A office space at 1000 Dexter Avenue N.
Superhuman is headquartered in San Francisco and is expanding its physical presence beyond its home base. The new Seattle hub is described as part of a long-term commitment to hybrid collaboration and access to the local deep-tech talent pool. The shift reflects the company’s decision to grow its footprint with a purpose-built office rather than continuing in a flexible coworking environment.
The South Lake Union space totals 13,501 square feet and is positioned directly on the lakefront. The property offers proximity to a nearby seaplane dock and includes access to an attached 900-space garage, adding transportation and parking options for employees and visitors. The location moves the company closer to one of Seattle’s most established tech-oriented districts.
The new hub opens with 50 workstations and is built to accommodate up to 80, giving Superhuman room for headcount growth within the same premises. The layout also includes seven meeting rooms and seven phone rooms, providing a range of configurations for team collaboration and focused work. Additional dedicated rooms include a podcast room, as well as wellness and parent rooms aimed at supporting employee needs beyond traditional desk space.
Superhuman’s current corporate identity follows a major strategic step taken by its predecessor brand. Grammarly acquired the Superhuman email app in 2025 and, later that year in October, rebranded the entire company as Superhuman. The launch of the new Seattle hub continues that evolution by anchoring the rebranded business in a larger, standalone office in one of the city’s key innovation corridors.
