Agora Realty has begun construction on the third and final phase of Hylo Park, a 73-acre master planned mixed-use community in North Las Vegas. The new phase covers 25 acres and is planned as a professional-level, mixed-use youth sports and sports tourism-focused walkable entertainment district. It is designed with a complementary mix of amenities intended to serve local residents, youth and amateur athletes, visiting teams, families, and spectators.
When complete, the newly launched phase will represent a $375 million investment within the broader Hylo Park master plan. The overall community is organized in three development phases that combine sports, hospitality, retail, and residential components across the site. Completion of the third phase is targeted for late 2027.
Hylo Park’s program includes a 250,000-square-foot multi-sport indoor field house. The community also features an existing multi-sport arena and the fully accredited college preparatory Game Changers Sports Academy, positioning the site as a youth and amateur sports hub. Outdoor public space and a community field are integrated with surrounding shops, restaurants, and a family entertainment center to create an activated environment around the sports uses.
Hospitality at Hylo Park is anchored by a 177-key Hilton Embassy Suites, adding on-site accommodations that support both local use and sports tourism. The combination of lodging, entertainment, food and beverage, and sports facilities is intended to create a cohesive, walkable district within the master plan.
Agora Realty has already delivered earlier components of the three-phase plan. In July 2026, the company completed construction of Hylo Park South, the second phase of the project. That phase consists of a 90,750-square-foot grocery-anchored retail center, which is reported to be 90 percent occupied. The performance and lease-up of Hylo Park South provide an early indicator of retailer and customer response to the location and concept.
Residential uses are being developed by a third-party homebuilder within the master plan. In late 2024, Agora sold 36.5 acres of land within Hylo Park to Lennar Corp. for the community’s residential component, which constitutes phase one of the overall development. With residential, retail, hospitality, and sports facilities all underway or in place, the start of construction on the final phase marks a significant milestone in the build-out of the 73-acre Hylo Park mixed-use community.
