Concorde, a new meeting and events destination serving Washington, is now open in the National Landing district. Positioned as a corporate hospitality venue, the property is designed to support a range of business and event uses in a location that directly serves nearby government and corporate demand drivers.
The 12,000-square-foot venue sits next to the Pentagon, Amazon’s National Landing headquarters, and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport. Its setting places users within a major employment and transportation hub, with immediate access to federal offices, corporate campuses, and regional and national travel connections.
Designed by architecture and design firm A+I, Concorde occupies ground-level space with a dedicated private entrance. Large windows line the venue, providing natural light and street visibility for events and meetings. The layout is organized around a primary forum space that can seat up to 300 attendees, supported by an adjoining green room for presenters and five additional rooms that expand the building’s total capacity to 470 people.
The facility is equipped with technology infrastructure aimed at corporate and hybrid events. Features include customizable digital signage, high-speed internet connectivity, and plug-and-play video conferencing capabilities. Multi-view cameras, high-quality audio systems, and wireless microphones are integrated to support presentations, remote participation, and content capture.
JLL’s Experience Management team is responsible for managing Concorde, providing on-site services and operational oversight. The venue is located within JBG SMITH’s 2011 Crystal Drive property, embedding the events space within a larger mixed-use environment. Management, hospitality, and building operations are aligned to support corporate meetings, conferences, and related programming.
Access to transportation is a central attribute of the location. Concorde offers convenient connections to the Metro system and is positioned near a planned Virginia Railway Express and Amtrak rail station. In addition, a 330-key hotel is currently under development nearby, which is expected to further expand lodging options for corporate and group users once completed.
By combining a purpose-built events program with proximity to federal facilities, major corporate offices, and multiple transit modes, the venue is positioned to capture demand from both local and visiting users. The integration of technology-forward meeting spaces, professional management, and adjacency to an emerging hospitality node reflects ongoing investment in National Landing as a business and events destination.
