Industry expert veterans Carlos Velasquez, SIOR, and Chris Sutton, SIOR have launched a new full-service commercial real estate (CRE) services firm in Miami. VS Real Estate offers an integrated platform of development and brokerage services for industrial, office, and multifamily property types.
Velasquez previously served as Executive Managing Director at Vivo Real Estate Group where he facilitated more than $2.5 billion in CRE transactions across the country. He will oversee VSRE’s brokerage division while Sutton brings extensive experience from his 10-year tenure as President of Flagler Global Expert Logistics to manage the company’s merchant development strategy with over 50 industrial buildings totaling 11 million square feet valued at $2.2 billion under his belt already.
VSRE currently holds leasing assignments on 12 million square feet of space with 3 million additional square feet under development throughout South Florida making them one to watch out Expert for in the industry!
