Colliers has secured the exclusive leasing assignment for Shops at One Plantation and Shoppers Haven, two Broward County retail centers totaling 261,999 square feet. The leasing effort will be led by Sabrina Stimming, Steven Henenfeld, Ruben Suarez, and Ariel Davis on behalf of Stiles Retail Group. Shoppers Haven, located at 3303-3559 N. Federal Highway in Pompano Beach, is anchored by Publix and features a mix of national retailers. The recently redeveloped center is offering available spaces ranging from 1,500 to 21,302 square feet.
New York-based MNS Real Estate is expanding into South Florida after more than two decades of operations in New York City. The firm has represented more than 41,000 units across over 600 buildings, sold nearly 5,000 sponsor units, and currently oversees more than 22,000 units. As it launches in one of the nation’s fastest-growing multifamily regions, MNS is providing leasing advisory and marketing services for Metro Parc in the Miami market and Boca Villas in Boca Raton.
In a retail investment sale, TSCG has brokered the $8.4 million transaction of The Shoppes at Paradise Pointe, a 73,416-square-foot, Publix-anchored shopping center in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. Anthony Blanco, partner and senior managing director of investment sales at TSCG, represented the seller, SITE Centers Corp., in the disposition to a private individual buyer. The center, originally built in 1987, was reported to be 82.5% occupied at the time of sale.
Colliers has also expanded its retail services platform in Central Florida with the addition of a new brokerage team. Industry veterans Blake Hunter and Robby Holihan have joined the firm as executive vice presidents, forming a retail team that will serve clients across Central and West Florida. Both were previously with SRS Real Estate Partners, where Hunter held the role of executive vice president and principal, and Holihan served as senior vice president and principal.
On the multifamily side, JBM Institutional Multifamily Advisors has been retained to exclusively market Linz of Viera, an institutional-grade, Class A+, four-story community in Melbourne, Florida, within the affluent Viera master-planned community. Completed in 2023, the property is located in the Space Coast MSA and comprises 350 units on approximately 20 acres. JBM’s listing underscores ongoing institutional interest in newer-vintage rental housing in growth corridors of the state.
