Seefried Industrial Properties, working in partnership with WDP Partners, has commenced construction on a new Class A industrial development at 1703 S. Arizona Ave. in Chandler. The project is located along State Route 87, on a 16.7-acre site just north of Germann Road, and is designed to add modern industrial capacity to the Chandler Airpark submarket, described as the city's fastest-growing employment corridor.
The development will deliver a two-building industrial complex totaling 269,100 square feet. Building A is planned at 69,300 square feet, while Building B will comprise 199,800 square feet, providing a range of space options for prospective users seeking contemporary industrial facilities within the submarket.
The site's Arizona Avenue frontage offers direct access to one of the Southeast Valley's primary north-south arterials. The location also features connectivity to Loop 202 via a full-diamond interchange situated less than one mile away, positioning the project to benefit from regional transportation links that serve industrial and logistics users across the broader area.
Leasing and marketing for the new industrial park are being led by CBRE, with a team including Dan Calihan, Pat Feeney and Tyler Vowels tasked with bringing the two-building project to the tenant market. Their role will focus on positioning the property within Chandler Airpark's growing employment base and capturing demand for high-quality industrial space.
ARCO has been selected as the project's general contractor, overseeing construction of both buildings. With site work underway, the development team is advancing toward a targeted completion timeline that aligns with expected tenant demand in the submarket.
Project completion is anticipated in the third quarter of 2027, at which point the property will add nearly 270,000 square feet of new Class A industrial space to the Chandler Airpark corridor, further expanding the city's inventory of modern industrial product.
