Matan Companies has announced the signing of three long-term leases at 4910 Executive Court in Frederick, MD, as part of its Center 85 project. The leases total nearly 210,000 square feet and were secured with Leonardo DRS, Walmart and Envigo. With these signings the 276,000-square-foot building is now 75% occupied leaving 66,000 square feet of Class A space available for lease.
Center 85 will feature five buildings totaling over 550,000 square feet once fully developed. Located near I-270 in Frederick’s Route 85 employment corridor Matan has approvals for a fourth building measuring 155
