Bozzuto and The Chevy Chase Land Company have unveiled The Claude, a new 13-story residential building in Chevy Chase Lake, Maryland. This 186 apartment residence offers 18,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space as well as chic lobby amenities, a panoramic rooftop deck and social lounges. Residents will also enjoy access to the sister building’s amenities – The Barrett – along with various retailers located throughout the neighborhood.
The Claude is part of the second phase of development for this larger community which includes an outdoor gathering space known as ‘The Town Square’ where future events are planned to take place. Move-ins began in May 2023 with Bozzuto managing all operations related to this project.
