The property, located at 11840 Folsom Blvd, totals 208,800 square feet and has historically served as both a customer-facing showroom and a warehouse and distribution facility for the regional furniture retailer.
For decades, the site functioned as a hybrid retail and logistics location where customers could walk the showroom floor to evaluate chairs, sofas and other home furnishings before completing purchases. Behind the scenes, the balance of the campus was used to store and distribute inventory. The company closed its doors last year, leaving the campus available for a new owner and potential new uses.
The asset spans approximately 10 acres along the Highway 50 corridor, a well-traveled route that has helped the property build strong regional visibility over nearly 50 years. Over that time, the campus has been recognized as one of Northern California’s most prominent furniture destinations, reflecting both its scale and its long-term presence in the Sacramento-area retail landscape.

Cushman & Wakefield has been retained to lead the marketing effort. A brokerage team of Morrow Botros, Bryce MacDonald and Jay Hamer is exclusively handling the assignment on behalf of the seller, identified as Beck’s Furniture & Sleep / Beckinger Family Ownership. The team is positioning the offering to prospective buyers as an institutional-scale asset with a long track record of regional recognition.
Commenting on the listing, Morrow Botros noted that the Beck’s Furniture campus has stood for nearly half a century as one of the Sacramento region’s most recognizable commercial landmarks. He emphasized that comparatively few properties can offer both the scale of this campus and its level of community visibility, underscoring the prominence of the site within the local commercial real estate market.
