Rudin has secured a new long-term office lease with Corpay, Inc.’s Cross-Border business at 560 Lexington Ave., a 22-story office tower located in the Plaza District. The agreement covers an 11-year term and provides Corpay’s cross-border unit with a prebuilt full-floor office as the firm prepares to relocate its headquarters to the property.
Corpay Cross-Border Solutions, which focuses on foreign exchange, global payments and risk management services, plans to move its headquarters to 560 Lexington this fall. The company will occupy 17,778 square feet on the building’s 17th floor, taking the entire floor within the 380,000-square-foot tower.
The space leased by Corpay is part of Rudin’s prebuilt program at 560 Lexington, which delivers move-in-ready office space. According to the landlord, only minor modifications were needed to tailor the existing prebuilt layout to Corpay’s specific needs, enabling a faster-than-typical occupancy timeline.
Kevin Daly, vice president of office leasing at Rudin, said Corpay’s lease highlights the continued appeal of the Plaza District and supports the company’s strategy of investing in amenities and prebuilt offerings across its portfolio. He noted that the ability to execute modest adjustments, rather than a full custom build-out, was important in meeting Corpay’s accelerated schedule for its headquarters relocation and played a key role in finalizing the transaction.
Corpay was represented in the lease negotiations by Jacob Rosenthal and Kevin Carroll of CBRE, who acted on behalf of the tenant. Rudin handled its own interests in-house through Daly and also worked with a CBRE agency team that included Peter Turchin, Brett Shannon, Eric Deutsch and Lauren Levy, who represented the landlord in the transaction.
The lease adds a headquarters tenant to 560 Lexington’s roster and reflects ongoing activity in the Plaza District office market, where well-located, move-in-ready space continues to draw interest from financial and business services firms seeking efficient paths to occupancy.
