Under the alliance, Mozzachio will serve as a senior consulting broker to RJ Brunelli & Co. In this role, she will concentrate on expanding the firm's landlord representation platform across southern New Jersey and key markets in Pennsylvania. Her responsibilities will center on supporting owners of retail and mixed-use properties with leasing, repositioning, and operational strategies through Brunelli's brokerage platform.
As part of the broader relationship, RJ Brunelli & Co. has also formed a strategic partnership with Mozzachio's company, Sine Qua Non Real Estate Advisors. The New Jersey-based advisory firm works with retail and mixed-use developers, property owners, and investors, providing services tied to development, operations, and project execution. In addition, Sine Qua Non offers economic development consulting to municipalities, advising on how real estate and retail projects can support local economic goals.
Mozzachio brings more than three decades of experience in retail real estate leasing, redevelopment, and operations. Over the course of her career, she has represented both institutional and private ownership, giving her perspective on a wide range of property strategies and ownership structures. That background is expected to complement RJ Brunelli & Co.'s existing relationships with landlords and developers throughout the region.
