McHugh Construction has completed the Inn and Spa at Southall, a 325-acre luxury farm resort located in Franklin, TN just 30 minutes south of Nashville. The 95,000-square-foot inn includes sustainable features such as cross-laminated timber (CLT) and heavy timber framing materials as well as a water source geothermal variant refrigerant flow (VRF) HVAC system. Guests can enjoy 62 guestrooms with wood-burning fireplaces and exposed wood beams along with an executive boardroom, 15,000 square foot spa, and an all-day dining restaurant & bar. January is the signature seed-to-fork experience restaurant featuring items grown onsite for guests to enjoy during their stay.
