The purpose-built property sits less than half a mile from Colorado State University, positioning it to serve students seeking apartment-style housing within close proximity to campus.
The Mark Fort Collins was developed by Landmark Properties in partnership with Silverpeak Real Estate Partners and Peninsula Investments. According to Landmark’s Jason Doornbos, the development team assumed control of a stalled project from a previous developer, restarted construction, and carried it through to completion as a high-quality asset. The delivery marks the transition of the site from an incomplete development to a fully realized student-oriented community.
The community offers 193 residential units in a range of layouts from studios to four-bedroom floor plans, aligning the mix with both individual and shared living arrangements for students. With 397 total beds, the property is designed to accommodate a substantial resident population while maintaining a variety of unit types to appeal to different preferences for privacy and roommate configurations.
