Newmark has brokered the $31 million sale of an industrial and manufacturing facility at 26440 SW Parkway Avenue in Wilsonville, Oregon. The single-asset transaction involves a 205,100-square-foot property located within the Parkway Woods Business Park, a master-planned industrial setting positioned along Interstate 5 in the Greater Portland region.
The Newmark team of Managing Director Mark Hush and Associate Director Jack Ward represented the buyer, DCI International, in the acquisition. According to Newmark, the transaction ranks among the larger industrial sales completed in the Greater Portland market so far this year, underscoring the scale of the facility relative to recent trades in the area.
DCI International, a dental equipment manufacturer, is using the purchase to consolidate its regional footprint. The company plans to bring its operations together in a single, larger manufacturing hub at the Wilsonville property, which will also function as its new corporate headquarters. By combining multiple regional operations into one building, DCI is aiming to centralize production and office functions under one roof.
The 24.8-acre site is configured for industrial use, with a mix of warehouse and manufacturing areas, as well as office and laboratory space designed to support the company's dental equipment business. The facility includes several dock-high loading positions to handle inbound and outbound shipments, along with on-site parking and trailer storage to accommodate employees and logistics requirements.
Hush noted that DCI's decision to purchase and relocate reflects a long-term commitment to the Portland region, pointing to the user's desire to remain near its existing workforce while securing a larger facility. He added that large industrial buildings available for purchase in the area remain exceptionally scarce, and that the options narrow further for buyers needing to stay proximate to current employees.
The sale illustrates ongoing demand from owner-users for well-located, modern industrial product in the Portland metro, particularly in submarkets with convenient freeway access. With a sizable footprint, a headquarters function, and proximity to Interstate 5, the Wilsonville asset is positioned to serve as a key operational base for DCI International's regional manufacturing and corporate activities.
