Mixed-Use Project at Plano Haggard Farm Now in Progress

The historic Haggard Farm in Plano is being developed bit by bit. The farm has been owned by the Haggard family since the mid 1800s and they recently received zoning approval for an ambitious building venture in 2021.

According to Dallas Business Journal, construction of the first project – a three-story office building connected with a two-story central lobby – will begin soon at an estimated cost of $20 million and is expected to be completed by 2024. Stillwater Development Company has been named as developer while Corgan Design Firm will design this 189,000 square feet space.

Zoning permits over 700,000 square feet of office space, 98 room hotel, 700 residential units along with senior housing community and retail village plus townhomes on site too! Additionally there will be entertainment center featuring outdoor pavilions & event lawn plus more than two dozen acres designated for park & open spaces too!
