BPM Real Estate Group has announced the signing of two office tenants at its new 35-story Block 216 mixed-use property in Portland’s West End neighborhood. Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, a leading national law firm, is the anchor tenant with just over 19,100 square feet on the 7th floor. San Francisco-based private equity firm Banneker Partners has leased 4,545 square feet of space on the fourth floor.
Davis Wright Tremaine was advised by JLL’s Portland office and Century Pacific in Seattle while Banneker was represented by Kevin Joshi of Kidder Matthews. The nearly complete Block 216 is now one of four tallest buildings in Portland and will open with The Ritz-Carlton hotel this August featuring 251 guest rooms and world class amenities as well as a groundfloor food hall called The Flock offering various culinary options come Fall 2023.
