Intracorp Homes have announced plans to build 40 new residences near the intersection of Irvine Boulevard and Prospect Avenue in Tustin, CA. The former office complex on the site will be razed to make way for 18 duplexes and four detached homes, two of which are set aside for low-income buyers.
The Orange County Register reports that sales of these residences is expected to begin by the end of 2023 with the first deliveries in 2024. Each home will feature approximately 2,000 square feet with up to four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a two-car garage, and a terrace or patio.
An Intracorp executive said this community aligns with Tustin’s housing goals while also providing diversification in product type within the area. Mayor Austin Lumbard added that this office-to-housing redevelopment activates and enhances its project area as well.
