A local buyer has acquired a three-building, 116,000-square-foot office complex on the city’s north side. Central Health – Travis County’s hospital district – purchased the buildings at 7901 Cameron Road known collectively as Cameron Center for $14.4 million and plans to use it to serve patients in its Medical Access Program with clinics, pharmacy services and a short-term detoxification center for people in need of treatment for substance or alcohol use disorders.
