Trilogy Investment Company has closed a $30.7 million construction loan from Genesis Capital to advance REV3 at Stars Way, a build-to-rent townhome community planned in Emerson, Georgia. The financing supports a 122-unit project designed as a rental townhome offering, with REV3 Homes, a division of Trilogy Investment Company, engaged as the builder for the development. Civil work at the site is already underway, and the project is scheduled to move into vertical construction in late June, positioning the first homes for delivery in late 2026.
The community is planned as a collection of modern townhomes, each incorporating a one-car garage. REV3 at Stars Way is located along the Interstate 75 corridor northwest of Atlanta, placing residents near a major regional transportation artery. The location provides direct access to Interstate 75 and connectivity to nearby employment centers and the broader Atlanta metropolitan area.
From its Emerson address, the community will offer proximity to downtown Cartersville, LakePoint Sports and other destinations in Bartow County. The surrounding area includes a mix of retail, dining and recreational amenities that will be accessible to future residents. Emerson itself is described as a growing town of approximately 2,500 residents northwest of Atlanta, underscoring the project’s position in a small but expanding municipality within a larger regional growth corridor.
With the loan in place, Trilogy Investment Company is moving the project through the early stages of development, with site work progressing ahead of the start of building construction. REV3 Homes’ role as builder aligns with Trilogy’s broader strategy, as Trilogy has previously developed projects across eight Sunbelt states. The loan from Genesis Capital and the launch of construction activity mark a key step toward bringing new build-to-rent inventory to the Emerson and Bartow County market.
