With over two decades of experience in real estate finance and construction asset management, Park most recently served as a Director at Citi Community Capital. By joining the company’s New York office, she will bring her expertise to the construction lending team and help manage risk for Merchants Capital’s institutional investors.
The New York office of Merchants Capital has closed over $1.3 billion in debt financing this year alone; with an unpaid principal balance exceeding $20 billion across its servicing portfolio, the firm is focused on strengthening its asset management team and technology platform through strategic hires like Park’s appointment.
