Rosewood Property Company has begun leasing the third and final phase of The Tobin Estate Apartments, bringing a multi-year residential development to completion. The community now comprises a total of 956 units across a 44-acre site, a project that was originally launched in 2016.
The latest phase is located at 3310 Oakwell Court and occupies 10 acres within the larger campus. This phase adds 359 new apartment homes to the existing community, expanding overall capacity and rounding out the planned build-out. The residences in this phase offer a range of floor plans, from studios starting at 570 square feet to three-bedroom layouts up to 1,483 square feet.
The community offers a broad amenity package distributed throughout its tree-covered grounds. Existing features include two resort-style pools with cabanas, resident lounges, rooftop decks, coworking spaces, indoor and outdoor fitness centers, walking trails and two dog parks. These amenities are positioned to support both recreational and work-from-home needs for residents.
The third phase brings additional upgrades and site enhancements. It introduces a second saltwater pool along with a covered pool house equipped with outdoor cooking amenities. This phase also adds another dog wash station, expanded garden areas and new activated outdoor gathering spaces intended to increase usable common areas for residents. Extended walking trails in the latest phase link back into the broader network of paths, connecting the entire campus and integrating the new buildings with the earlier phases.
Blackland Partners served as the general contractor for the most recent construction, and WDG Architecture designed the project. InterBank provided the construction loan that supported delivery of this phase. With leasing now underway, the third phase marks the completion of a long-planned apartment community that has been under development for roughly a decade.
