Four West Developers has completed SQUARE Hallandale, a 360,000-square-foot office condominium project at 648 W. Hallandale Beach Blvd. The commercial condominium offers move-in-ready office suites for sale, with pricing starting at $249,900. Suite configurations are designed to accommodate a range of users, with floor plates supporting spaces from 248 square feet up to 1,766 square feet.
