Lee & Associates | Pacific Northwest has elevated Shane Knecht to the role of director of marketing, recognizing his contributions since joining the firm in 2022 as senior marketing coordinator. The promotion reflects his expanded responsibilities in guiding the firm’s marketing efforts across the Pacific Northwest region.
In his new position, Knecht will lead overall marketing strategy and day-to-day operations for the firm. His remit includes overseeing brand development, digital marketing initiatives, business development support, and a range of creative projects that help position the firm and its professionals in the marketplace.
Knecht’s work to date has focused on advancing Lee & Associates Pacific Northwest’s marketing initiatives while strengthening the company’s brand presence. He has also supported broker teams across the region, helping them communicate listings, market insights, and service capabilities to clients and prospects.
As director of marketing, he will continue to collaborate closely with brokerage professionals and the firm’s leadership team. A key focus of his role will be enhancing client engagement, reinforcing the firm’s visibility, and supporting business development activities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
