Adventurous Journeys Capital Partners (AJCP) has announced five new tenants at Nashville Warehouse Co., the city’s first large-scale mass timber project. Located on the corner of 4th Avenue South and Chestnut Street within Wedgewood Houston’s arts district, this mixed-used campus is now 91% leased and was completed in August 2021.
The development features 200,000 square feet of Class A office space with prominent architectural details such as a gable roofed office building emblematic of traditional rail sheds and exposed timber beams for distinctive charm. Additionally, there are public pedestrian spaces, an acre of green space, more than 30 retail storefronts totaling 35K square feet in restaurants/bars plus 148K sqft in new class-A offices along with 400+ residential apartments once complete.
The newly added tenants include HERO; CAMP 615; The Malin; Hensel Phelps; Trend Management & Maynard Nexsen – all contributing to AJCP’s vision for Nashville Warehouse Co.’s success as a vibrant mixed use destination that will bring together people from across the region to live work & play!
