JLL is pleased to announce the addition of Bill Baumann as Managing Director to its multi-housing team in Chicago. Reporting directly to Senior Managing Directors Danny Kaufman and Jaime Fink, who co-lead JLL’s Capital Markets office in Chicago, Baumann will focus on apartment investment sales and financing deals throughout the Midwest region. He brings two decades of commercial real estate experience representing private capital, institutional banking institutions and more recently Monarch Realty Partners which he co-founded in 2016.
Kaufman expressed his excitement for this new hire stating “Bill’s experience and leadership within the industry will be an immediate value add for our team and clients.” David Gaines also joins him as a partner leading JLL’s Private Capital Group.
Baumann holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University with an MBA from Northwestern University under his belt making him well equipped for this role at JLL.
