CRE Market Beat Take
Colliers’ addition of a seasoned industrial agency leasing specialist in Central Pennsylvania reinforces brokerage competition for institutional mandates in that corridor.

Colliers has expanded its Philadelphia presence by appointing Allie Gaeta as senior vice president in the firm’s local office. In her new role, Gaeta joins the Williams-Golarz Industrial Team, where she will focus on agency leasing assignments concentrated in Central Pennsylvania. The move adds an experienced leasing professional to Colliers’ regional industrial platform.

Gaeta brings more than a decade of experience in industrial real estate, with a career centered on representing institutional owners and occupiers. Her work has focused on agency leasing, tenant representation, and portfolio strategy, with an emphasis on the Central Pennsylvania market. This background positions her to support Colliers’ efforts to serve both investors and occupiers seeking industrial space in the region.

Over the course of her career, Gaeta has represented a range of institutional clients, including Prologis, Link Logistics, Cabot Properties, Dermody, First Industrial, High Street Logistics Properties, KKR/AIP, Lightstone Group, STAG Industrial, Kinsley Properties, Core5, and Burkentine Real Estate Group. Her experience with these groups spans agency leasing and advisory roles, where she has worked with owners to position assets and with occupiers to align space decisions with broader portfolio objectives.

Before joining Colliers, Gaeta spent nine years with Cushman & Wakefield, where she served the Pennsylvania Corridor. During that time, she focused on industrial assignments and built relationships with institutional landlords and users of logistics and distribution space. She also gained experience at NAI and Lee & Associates earlier in her career, contributing to a track record that covers multiple national and regional brokerage platforms.

Colliers leadership highlighted the strategic fit of the hire for its Philadelphia and Central Pennsylvania industrial practice. Brian Hilger, executive managing director at Colliers Philadelphia, noted that Gaeta’s knowledge of Central Pennsylvania and her established relationships with key industrial owners and occupiers make her an immediate contributor to the Williams-Golarz Industrial Team. Her appointment underscores Colliers’ commitment to strengthening its industrial leasing capabilities in a corridor that continues to attract institutional ownership.
