Benenson Capital Partners has appointed Suzanne K. Boehm as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With nine years of service at Benenson, Boehm is taking over the role from retiring CFO David Thomas. In her position, she will be responsible for overseeing banking relationships, accounting, tax and reporting functions for the company while providing financial insights into transactional activities.
Boehm brings extensive experience in accounting and compliance functions to her new role having worked at Emmes Asset Management Company LLC for 13 years and Kimco Realty Corporation – a publicly traded REIT – for more than 10 years prior to that.
This appointment marks an important milestone in Benenson’s growth trajectory as it continues to expand its real estate investment development and asset management operations across the US market.
