TopSide Marinas has acquired Campbell Point Marina, a full-service facility on Table Rock Lake in Shell Knob, Missouri, further expanding the company’s presence in the Ozarks region. The transaction follows TopSide Marinas’ 2023 acquisitions of Cape Fair Marina and Hideaway Marina, making Campbell Point Marina the firm’s third asset in Missouri and the Ozarks.
Campbell Point Marina is positioned on Table Rock Lake, a recreational destination with more than 40,000 surface acres of water and over 800 miles of shoreline. The property operates as a full-service marina with over 280 wet slips, accommodating boats ranging from 24 to 80 feet in length. Onsite offerings include wet storage, fuel service, boat rentals, retail options, and an ice cream shop, providing a range of services to boaters and visitors.
TopSide Marinas plans to add capacity at Campbell Point Marina in the near term. This spring, the company intends to expand the marina with 50 new wet slips. The slips will be constructed by James River Dock Services, TopSide Marinas’ in-house dock building partner, indicating an integrated approach to dock construction and marina improvements within the company’s platform.
Commenting on the acquisition, Ryan Skiles, regional vice president at TopSide Marinas, said the company looks forward to investing in the marina’s continued success while preserving its local character and enhancing the experience for guests. The transaction reinforces TopSide Marinas’ strategy of building scale across recreational boating markets, with the Campbell Point asset joining its growing portfolio of marinas across the United States.
With this latest addition on Table Rock Lake, TopSide Marinas deepens its footprint in a lake-focused hospitality and recreational sub-sector that serves both local boaters and destination visitors. The combination of existing slip capacity, planned expansion, and a mix of fuel, rental, retail, and food offerings positions Campbell Point Marina as a key component of the company’s Ozarks holdings and broader U.S. marina network.
