The Inland Real Estate Group has named Catherine Lynch as chief of staff, a role in which she will work closely with CEO and president Tony Chereso to advance key enterprise initiatives and enhance collaboration across the company’s business verticals. Lynch has been with Inland since 1989 and brings more than 30 years of executive leadership experience to the position.
Colliers has appointed John Heitmann as senior vice president within its Debt & Structured Finance platform. Heitmann will concentrate on structuring, marketing and placing capital for institutional and private investors as part of the firm’s U.S. Healthcare Capital Markets group, working alongside investment sales professionals Jordan Selbiger, executive vice president, and CJ Kodani, senior vice president.
PREMIER Design + Build Group has elevated Jason Spataro to senior vice president, preconstruction, a newly created national leadership position. In this expanded capacity, Spataro will oversee all preconstruction services across the organization, with responsibility for shaping preconstruction strategy, standardizing best practices across markets and maintaining a consistent level of client service.
CBRE has added industry veteran Danny Scheidler as a senior vice president in its Indianapolis office, where he will focus on industrial occupier representation across the region. Scheidler brings a decade of experience advising complex industrial occupiers nationally, and most recently was with JLL, where he ranked among the firm’s top revenue producers and advised several prominent corporations and national occupiers.

The Nicholas Family of Companies has been selected to develop, build and operate Westfield Ice Facility, a new multi-sheet indoor ice complex in Westfield, a northern suburb of Indianapolis. The project is expected to serve as a catalyst for further growth in the Grand Park District, a mixed-use area near the Grand Sports Campus in Westfield. Plans call for three NHL-sized, stadium-style rinks with tiered seating for up to 3,500 spectators, along with the potential for a fourth rink as a future expansion phase.
