Bridge Industrial, the Chicago-based industrial real estate firm, has introduced a new corporate identity and will now operate under the name Kurv Industrial. The company, which has been active in supply-constrained industrial markets for more than two decades, presented the rebrand as a reflection of both its origins and its evolving strategic focus.
Kurv Industrial traces its roots to 2000, when it was co-founded in Chicago by Steve Poulos. Over the years, the firm has built a track record around tackling complex industrial developments and transactions, particularly in markets where available land and modern logistics space are limited. The new name is positioned as capturing that heritage while signaling how the organization intends to navigate the next phase of its growth.
According to the company, the transition to Kurv Industrial does not alter its underlying organizational structure, leadership team, or overarching strategy. The rebrand is being framed as an evolution in market positioning rather than a shift in business model, with continuity emphasized around how the firm evaluates opportunities and executes projects in the industrial sector.
Kurv Industrial will remain headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, and will continue to operate from its existing regional offices in Los Angeles, Miami, New Jersey, and Seattle. From these locations, the firm plans to keep focusing on developing, investing in, and operating industrial real estate assets described as state-of-the-art, with a continued emphasis on markets where modern logistics facilities are in short supply.
In a statement on the rebrand, Steve Poulos, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Kurv Industrial, said the new name represents more than a cosmetic change. He described it as reflecting how the firm has adapted as the industrial real estate industry has evolved since 2000, while maintaining a core approach rooted in discipline and execution.
Poulos noted that growth for the company has often come at inflection points that required conviction, clarity, and patience in decision-making. He indicated that the name Kurv is intended to embody that mindset, linking the firm’s past experience with its plans to continue pursuing industrial opportunities in constrained markets under the updated brand.
