A 1.4 million square foot, multi-phase park in Minneola adds notable new industrial supply to the Orlando metro, with CBRE targeting a wide tenant size range that could deepen liquidity for mid- to large-bay users.

FRP Development Corp, in partnership with Strategic Real Estate Partners, has started construction on Phase I of Camp Lake Commerce Center, a new industrial project in Minneola in Lake County, Florida. The initial phase of the park will deliver two industrial buildings totaling 377,892 square feet, marking the first step in a larger multi-phase logistics development.

Camp Lake Commerce Center is master planned as a three-phase industrial park with an expected total of approximately 1.4 million square feet across 163 acres. The scale of the project is intended to support a broad mix of industrial users, from smaller space requirements to larger bulk distribution needs, within a single master-planned setting.

CBRE is overseeing leasing for the development, with a team led by David Murphy, Monica Wonus, and Gaby Gissy. The facilities are being marketed to tenants needing from 20,000 square feet up to 335,000 square feet, positioning the project to capture demand from both regional distributors and larger logistics users seeking modern industrial space.

The Camp Lake Commerce Center launch adds to FRP’s active pipeline of Class A logistics and warehouse developments in Florida. The firm is nearing completion of Logistics Center at Delray, a 200,000 square foot Class A logistics project in Delray Beach, Florida. In Davie, Florida, FRP is developing Logistics Center at 595, which will comprise 182,773 square feet of modern distribution space across two buildings.

FRP is also advancing Logistics Center at Lakeland, a 201,420 square foot Class A logistics facility currently under development in Lakeland, Florida. Taken together, these projects reflect the company’s ongoing focus on building modern logistics and warehouse properties in key Florida distribution markets.

With ground now broken on Phase I of Camp Lake Commerce Center, FRP and Strategic Real Estate Partners are expanding their industrial footprint into Minneola while CBRE’s leasing team begins marketing the first phase to a range of prospective tenants.
