The transaction was handled by Alexander Curry and Chris Gomes, investment specialists based in the firm's Austin and Dallas offices, who exclusively marketed the asset on behalf of the seller, Dallas-based LIG Hotels. The buyer, which was not named, intends to reposition the property under the Best Western flag, signaling an upgrade in the brand affiliation for the hotel.
