The Boro in Tysons, a mixed-use destination known for its dining, entertainment and lifestyle offerings, is expanding its lineup with the introduction of Fava Pot and Game Show Battle Rooms. The openings bring additional food and entertainment choices to the development, reinforcing its role as a community hub for residents, workers and visitors.
Fava Pot, an Egyptian street food concept, is joining the tenant roster after evolving from a single food truck launched in 2013 into a regional brand built around family recipes. The restaurant will provide guests with access to its established menu of Egyptian-inspired fare as it continues to scale from mobile operations into a broader brick-and-mortar presence within the region.
Game Show Battle Rooms is opening its newest location at The Boro, offering interactive game show challenges designed as an immersive group experience. The concept is positioned as a destination for competitive, entertainment-driven visits, adding another experiential layer to the property's mix and complementing existing retail and service uses at the development.
These arrivals follow the recent opening of NOVA Plastic Surgery & Dermatology at The Boro, underscoring the project's appeal to healthcare and wellness users in addition to more traditional retail and entertainment tenants. TileBar and California Closets have also been announced as upcoming additions, expanding the property's home-focused and design-oriented retail offerings.
The Boro spans 3,500,000 square feet in the heart of Tysons, Virginia, and is structured as a mixed-use, transit-oriented development. The project includes both residential and office space, creating a built-in customer base for the ground-floor and destination retail, restaurant and entertainment concepts on site. Its walkable environment is intended to serve people who live and work within the property as well as visitors drawn to its broader mix of more than 40 retailers.
The development and management of The Boro are led by The Meridian Group, which oversees the property as it continues to refine and expand its tenant mix. With the addition of Fava Pot and Game Show Battle Rooms, the project further diversifies its offerings and strengthens its position as a regional destination within Tysons.
