New restaurant commitments are taking shape at Harvest Yard, the outdoor-focused component of the larger Harvest mixed-use development in Woodinville. As the project prepares to open this summer, Cactus, a Mexican restaurant concept with six existing locations across the Puget Sound region, has signed on to bring a new dining option to the property.
Harvest forms part of a wider Woodinville development that is planned to blend retail and tasting experiences, wine-focused offerings, luxury townhomes, and a SOMM Hotel & Spa. The aim is to create a destination that combines residential, hospitality, and experiential retail in one cohesive setting. Within this context, Harvest Yard serves as a key retail and restaurant hub, with leasing efforts progressing ahead of the first openings.
CBRE’s Jennifer Seversen represented The Harvest Yard in the retail transactions, and the retail portion of the project is now reported to be 70% leased. This leasing milestone comes in advance of the initial tenants opening their doors, which is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2026. The combination of new restaurant concepts and broader retail uses is expected to anchor the project’s early activation.
In addition to Cactus, The Crawlspace Gastropub will establish its second location at The Yard within the mixed-use development. The new gastropub location adds to the curated tenant mix, reinforcing the emphasis on food-and-beverage concepts as a core driver of traffic and engagement at Harvest Yard.
Residential development is also underway as part of the broader Harvest plan. Trammell Crow Residential is pre-leasing apartments at Alexan Woodinville, a three-building multifamily component integrated into the overall project. This residential offering is expected to include at least 230 units alongside approximately 25,000 square feet of retail, restaurant, and commercial space.
The integration of apartments, hospitality, retail, tasting rooms, and dining across the Harvest development positions the project as a sizable, multi-phase destination in Woodinville. With pre-leasing activity progressing and restaurant operators committing to new locations, the development is moving toward initial activation of both its residential and retail elements over the coming year.
