Bell Works Chicagoland Welcomes First Food Tenant

Bell Works Chicagoland, the former AT&T corporate campus and Chicagoland’s first self-contained metropolis in suburbia or “metroburb,” recently celebrated the grand opening of its first food and beverage offering – Fairgrounds World’s Fair. This 5,743 square foot establishment features a seasonal food and bakery program, a cocktail bar with beer and wine selections as well as grab-and-go options. It also offers more than 130 indoor seats plus an outdoor patio with 45 additional seats for guests to enjoy.

Located at Ameritech Center in Hoffman Estates on 150 acres of land originally built by AT&T for research purposes; Bell Works Chicagoland is now being transformed into a vibrant community hub that includes office spaces, ground floor retail stores & restaurants along with residences & gathering spots.
