Concord Summit Capital is expanding its presence in Texas by moving into the Dallas–Fort Worth market and adding two senior hires. Michael Laurencelle has been named Senior Managing Director and Tom Laurencelle has been appointed Managing Director. Both previously served as Managing Directors in Capital Markets at JLL before joining Concord Summit and will focus on originating, structuring, and executing commercial real estate debt and equity financings. Their mandate spans multiple property types, including multifamily, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, self-storage, build-to-rent communities, and mixed-use projects.
Partners Real Estate has named Doug Madeley as its new Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Madeley is charged with leading the firm’s financial strategy and overseeing capital allocation, day-to-day financial operations, reporting, and risk management. His responsibilities also include supporting strategic planning initiatives as Partners continues to grow and broaden its fully integrated commercial real estate services, investment, and development platform.
Savills is strengthening its industrial advisory capabilities in Texas with the addition of Eric Crutchfield as Vice Chairman in the firm’s Dallas office. The firm notes that his appointment is intended to accelerate its growth across Texas and bolster its services in one of the country’s most active industrial and logistics markets. Crutchfield’s arrival also expands Savills’ senior advisory bench in Dallas as the company continues to invest in its industrial platform across the state.
On the development front, The NRP Group and Texoma Housing Partners have announced the grand opening of Sutton Flats, a 300-unit mixed-income residential community in the heart of Sherman, Texas. Located at 10001 Cedar Creek Drive in South Sherman, the property is designed to serve a range of income levels, with half of the units reserved for households earning up to 80 percent of the Area Median Income. Residents have access to a suite of amenities that includes a fitness center, co-working space with conference rooms, a game room, a clubhouse and lounge, a swimming pool, and a dog park.
In the office sector, litigation boutique Yetter Coleman is preparing to relocate within downtown to accommodate its growth. The law firm has signed a lease for two floors in JPMorgan Chase Tower at 600 Travis Street, with a move planned for later this spring. Yetter Coleman, currently based at 811 Main Street, will occupy 43,906 square feet in its new location, nearly doubling its existing 24,494-square-foot footprint and signaling a significant expansion of its office presence.
