Sell Your Four-Property Portfolio with Hunter Hotel Advisors

Hunter Hotel Advisors recently facilitated the sale of a four-property portfolio in Chicago and Minneapolis. The buyer, MoveMent Hospitality based in Minnesota and Endeavor Hotels Inc. from Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois, acquired the properties for an undisclosed amount from Summit Hotel Properties with Hunter Senior Vice President Spencer Davidson representing the seller. This portfolio includes 467 keys across two cities featuring two hotels located near Southwest Minneapolis – Hilton Garden Inn Eden Prairie and Holiday Inn Express & Suites Minneapolis Minnetonka – as well as Hyatt Place Chicago Lombard Oak Brook 20 miles west of Downtown Chicago and Hyatt Place Chicago Hoffman Estates close to Northwest Corporate Center and Greenspoint Office Park.
