CBRE is expanding its Advisory & Transaction Services team in Birmingham with the addition of Taylor Glaze as Vice President. Focusing on tenant representation for medical, office and industrial clients, Glaze will report to David Lanier, Senior Managing Director for CBRE in Atlanta.
Lanier commented “We are delighted to add Taylor to our Alabama operations; his addition further demonstrates our strategy of becoming the market leader for real estate services in the state by bringing our total head count up to 25”.
Glaze has over 15 years’ experience within commercial real estate and has negotiated leases or sales on behalf of a range of clients from national investment firms through large regional health systems. He expressed his enthusiasm at joining “the world’s largest commercial brokerage” noting that he looks forward “to leveraging [its] platform to take my business up a level”.
