Basis Investment Group Provides $22M for Oregon Apartment Complex

Basis Investment Group, a national commercial real estate debt and equity investment platform, has provided a $22.25 million bridge loan to refinance Oasis at 2600, a 126-unit, garden-style multifamily property in Bend, Oregon.

The financing includes $1.5 million in future funding designated to support ongoing unit renovations. Tammy K. Jones, Founder and CEO of Basis Investment Group, commented, “Our participation in Oasis at 2600 allows us a great opportunity to invest in a mission-aligned and well-cash-flowing affordable multifamily property in a high-potential market with a widely respected and active local borrower, New Earth Equities.”

The transaction was facilitated by Cameron Chalfant, Jesse Zarouk, and Brian Eisendrath of Institutional Property Advisors.

Oasis at 2600 is strategically located with convenient access to U.S. Routes 20 and 97 and offers proximity to employment hubs, healthcare facilities, retail centers, and transit services. The property is sponsored by New Earth Equities, an Oregon-based firm with a strong track record in acquiring, renovating, and repositioning workforce-oriented multifamily communities.

Connect CRE is currently accepting nominations for its annual Top Broker Awards, recognizing leading professionals in investment sales and leasing across the commercial real estate sector.
