Tidal Real Estate Partners Secures $371M for Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences

Tidal Real Estate Partners has secured $371 million in financing to support the development of The Nashville EDITION Hotel & Residences. This landmark project will feature a 28-story tower comprising 261 hotel rooms and 84 luxury residences. The funding was provided by Madison Realty Capital and KSL Capital Partners.

The upscale property will offer an array of high-end amenities including signature restaurant and bar concepts, both shared and private fitness centers, and dedicated hotel and residential lobbies. Additional shared amenities will include a spa, golf simulator, over 8,300 square feet of combined ballroom and pre-function event space, conference rooms, and a rooftop pool and bar with cabanas offering panoramic views of downtown Nashville.

Walker & Dunlop’s Capital Markets Institutional Advisory team, in collaboration with its Hospitality Team, facilitated the financing arrangement. The transaction was led by Keith Kurland, Aaron Appel, Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, Dustin Stolly, Ari Hirt, and Michael Ianno from the Capital Markets group, along with Jay Morrow, Carter Gradwell, and Jack Hughes from the Hospitality team.

This significant financing milestone marks a key step in the realization of one of Nashville’s most anticipated hotel and residential developments.
