NewQuest has officially begun construction on Kyle Park, a major mixed-use development spanning 101 acres in the city of Kyle. The project is poised to bring approximately 450,000 square feet of commercial space to the east side of the city and has already secured over 20 confirmed tenants.

The list of tenants includes:

– Dick’s Sporting Goods
– Barnes & Noble
– HomeGoods
– Chili’s
– BJ’s Brewhouse
– Dave’s Hot Chicken
– EōS Fitness
– Pacific Dental
– Mister Car Wash

In addition to substantial retail and dining offerings, Kyle Park will feature over 400 multifamily apartment units. Plans for the development also include public green spaces that will be available for events, outdoor dining, and recreation—aiming to create a vibrant community atmosphere.

With an estimated total investment of $250 million, Kyle Park represents the largest private investment in the city’s history. The project received approval from the Kyle City Council in December 2023 and is expected to significantly boost the local economy and enhance the area’s appeal as a destination for residents and visitors alike.
