**Gantry Secures $21.2M in Refinancing for Two Idaho Medical Office Buildings**
Gantry has successfully arranged a total of $21.2 million in permanent financing to refinance maturing debt on two medical office buildings located in Coeur d’Alene and Sandpoint, North Idaho.
The financing includes a $9.7 million loan for a 38,000-square-foot property at 423 N Third Ave in Sandpoint, as well as an $11.5 million loan for a 60,000-square-foot property at 1919 Lincoln Way in Coeur d’Alene. Both facilities are home to outpatient and family medicine providers affiliated with local hospital systems.
Demetri Koston, Principal, and Abi Hunter, Director of Gantry’s Inland Northwest production team, represented a single private real estate investor for both transactions. The five-year, fixed-rate loans were provided by a pension fund lender from Gantry’s network of capital sources. The financing terms also include 30-year amortization with prepayment flexibility.
“Medical office continues to outperform traditional office assets and is seeing consistent performance rewarded with attractive financing options,” said Koston.
These permanent loans underscore continued investor confidence in the strong performance and resilient demand seen across medical office properties.
