The building was constructed in 1914 and offers 24/7 security as well as newly renovated interior bathrooms with skylights for added natural light. David Levy of Adams & Company represented the landlord 10 West 33rd Street LLC in all transactions commenting that “these leases demonstrate ongoing demand for office space that is easily accessible by major transportation hubs offering move-in ready pre-built spaces” to tenants seeking convenience without sacrificing quality or style.
