**Eugene VA, LLC Acquires Office Land for VA Clinic Development in Eugene**
Eugene VA, LLC has finalized the $2.66 million purchase of approximately 2.40 acres of office-zoned land located on Chad Drive in Eugene, Oregon. The property, situated within a campus industrial zone, lies adjacent to a number of office and medical centers in North Eugene.
Tim Pfeiffer of Portland-based Norris & Stevens, Inc. represented Eugene VA, LLC in the transaction. Representing the seller, Chambers Investors, LLC, was Stephanie Seubert of Evans, Elder, Brown & Seubert, Inc.
Positioned just 10 minutes from downtown Eugene, the site offers convenient access to major transportation routes including Interstate 5 and Highway 569. The new owner plans to develop a VA clinic on the site, with shared access to its existing adjacent clinic.
This strategic acquisition further enhances the availability of medical services in the region and contributes to the continued development of North Eugene’s healthcare infrastructure.
