Lee & Associates of Illinois has successfully closed the sale of a 32,120-square-foot industrial building located at 1029-1033 Bryn Mawr Avenue in Bensenville, Illinois, for $3.3 million.
The transaction was facilitated by Michael Plumb (Principal), Bradley Simousek (Senior Vice President), and Colin Sons (Associate), who represented the private seller. Dustin Albers, Senior Vice President with Lee & Associates, represented the buyer, Doctor Rooter 911—a commercial plumbing company that already operates two other locations in Bensenville.
“My client was very happy to find a new location to purchase in Bensenville and stay in the area,” said Albers. “They had a lease expiring, but this is an expansion into a larger facility that will help facilitate their continued business growth.”
